This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets out how the NverCard.am platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data.
By using the NverCard.am platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.
General provisions
1.1. NverCard.am is a digital platform that enables users to purchase, receive, hold, and use digital gift cards.
1.2. The Platform undertakes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of user data by applying appropriate technical and organisational measures.
1.3. This Policy applies to all users, whether they are registered users or merely visitors to the Platform.
1.4. Processing of data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Types of data collected
The Platform collects only such data as is necessary for the provision of services and for security purposes.
2.1. Phone number
- for the identification of the user;
- for the creation of an account and provision of access;
- for the use and management of gift cards;
- for security purposes (identification by means of verification codes).
2.2. Transaction data
- data relating to the creation of a gift card;
- the value of the gift card;
- data relating to the use of the gift card;
- the balance of the gift card;
- the history of use of the gift card;
- data relating to refunds (where applicable).
Such data is necessary for the management of gift cards, for accounting, and for the assurance of security.
2.3. Technical data
- IP address;
- device type;
- operating system;
- browser type;
- time and activity of use.
Such data is used:
- to ensure the security of the system;
- to prevent fraudulent activity;
- to improve the operation of the system.
Purposes of use of data
Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- 3.1. creation and management of the user's account;
- 3.2. creation, holding, and use of gift cards;
- 3.3. facilitation and accounting of transactions;
- 3.4. identification of the user and assurance of security;
- 3.5. prevention of fraud and unauthorised activity;
- 3.6. improvement of the operation of the system and detection of technical issues.
The Platform does not use data for any other purposes that are inconsistent with this Policy or with the law.
Retention of data
4.1. Data is stored in secure databases with appropriate technical safeguards.
4.2. Access to data is restricted and is granted only where necessary for the provision of services.
4.3. Data is retained for such period as is necessary for the provision of the Platform's services, for security, and for the performance of legal obligations.

5.1. The Platform does not sell or provide users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5.2. Data may be disclosed only in the following cases:
- where required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
- where necessary for the assurance of the security of the Platform;

6.2. Measures are applied to prevent loss, alteration, or unauthorised access to data.

The user has the right:

7.2. to contact the Platform with enquiries relating to their account or data;
7.3. to cease use of the Platform at any time.

8.1. The Platform may use technical mechanisms to ensure the operation of the system.
8.2. Such mechanisms are used exclusively to ensure and improve the operation of the system.
Changes to the Policy
9.1. The Platform reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time.
9.2. The updated version is published on the Platform.
9.3. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
